How to Return Your Shokz Open Ear Headphones

We’re not entirely sure why you’d ever want to, but if you do need to return your headphones, Shokz offers a 45-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly through shokz.com. Please note that Shokz cannot process returns for orders purchased from other third-party retailers.

To return your headphones, simply follow these straightforward steps:

1. Visit our Returns Centre and enter your order number along with the email address used to place the order. You can find your order number in the subject line of your order confirmation email or by logging into your Shokz account.

2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the item you'd like to return and the reason for returning it.

3. Shortly after submitting your refund request, you'll receive an email with instructions walking you through how to send your headphones back to us. Click the orange "Download Returns Label" button to download and print your prepaid UPS return label.

4. Once our shipping team receives your headphones, you'll get an email letting you know your package has arrived safely.

5. You’ll receive another email within two business days confirming that your refund has been processed!
