No. The package does not include a wireless charger; it contains only a Type‑C charging cable. We also do not sell wireless chargers separately. However, any wireless charger that supports the Qi standard should be compatible with the OpenFit 2+.

OpenFit 2+ offers up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge. When paired with the charging case, the total battery life extends to 48 hours. However, actual battery performance may vary depending on volume, audio source, ambient noise, and usage habits.

Currently, OpenFit 2+ is available in one universal size. Its ergonomic design ensures a comfortable and secure fit, offering flexibility to accommodate a variety of ear shapes.
How is OpenFit 2+ controlled?
OpenFit 2+ combines physical buttons and touch controls for greater precision and ease of use. The physical multifunction buttons prevent accidental touches caused by sweat. Users can also customize button functions. The voice assistant function is turned off, and you can use the Shokz App to turn on touch control, then wake it up with a touch long press.

1. Please ensure your earbuds and mobile phone are connected, then open the Shokz App.

Yes, both earbuds can be used independently. You can listen to music or take calls with one earbud. When used individually, each earbud maintains its respective button functionality.
If I take the earbuds out of the case and put them on without any music playing, will the battery life drain at all or will it remain at full battery until I start using them?
Yes, the earbuds will slowly lose power. They can last for approximately 2.5 days in this state. If stored in the charging case with the case turned off, the earbuds can last up to 270 days.
At what point does OpenFit 2+ enter standby mode?
1. When the earbuds are outside the charging case and disconnected from Bluetooth devices for more than 3 minutes, they will enter standby mode to preserve battery life.
What should I do if I lose my OpenFit 2+ earbuds?
You can use the "Find My Earbuds" feature in the Shokz App. With one click, the earbuds will emit a sound, helping you easily locate them.
How do I store my OpenFit 2+?
1. Before charging, ensure that the charging port is dry and free of any liquid build-up, such as sweat. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away any moisture or residue from the charging port.
2. Gently wipe the earbuds using a soft, clean, dry cloth. When cleaning the earbud mesh, gently brush away dirt and earwax with a dry cotton swab, then wipe with a soft cloth.

The App allows you to switch EQ modes, connect to two devices, enable Dolby Audio, customize button functions, locate your earbuds, adjust prompt volume, and keep track of firmware updates.
How can OpenFit 2+ connect to two devices simultaneously?
1. Start by connecting the earbuds to your first device via Bluetooth, then open the Shokz App. Select the "MultiPoint Pairing" option.
2. On the pop-up page, confirm to open the MultiPoint Pairing function.
3. Select "Connect to the Second Device" and follow the instructions to establish a connection with the second device.
4. Your earbuds are now connected to two devices. You can manage their Bluetooth connections conveniently through the Shokz App.
