1 Free Headphone Draw

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. 

1.1 Free method of entry

You may automatically enter the Giveaway activity ("Activity") via the entry method described below.

(1) You must sign up for shokz.com in order to receive a prize.

(2) On sign-up pop-up of the home page, provide your email address and phone number to participate this Activity.

1.2 Eligibility requirements and exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of Canada. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

The prize includes one (1) of the following rewards: The New Flagship clip-on Earbuds (gift box version) × 5, The New clip-on Earbuds × 10, or a $30 Exclusive Launch Coupon × 100, valid only for the new OpenDots Series. You must sign up for Shokz email updates in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering an Activity. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.

Physical prizes: Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.

Discount Coupon: Winners will be notified via email. The stackable coupons are only applicable to the two new OpenDots Series and are valid until June 20 at 11:59 PM (PT). Any unused coupons will automatically expire after this period.

1.4 Prize Period

The winner will be selected from the users who enter the giveaway between 00:00, May 28 and 23:59, June 3. Selected winners will be notified via email before June 4.

 

2 Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or who violates these giveaway rules. Shokz shall not be liable for a Winner's failure to receive notification due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or for any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by the Winner.

 

3 Privacy Policy

By participating the Activity with entering your email address and phone number, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications .

For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the in structions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
