Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Lucky Draw

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

1 Sponsor

The Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is sponsored and administered by Shokz Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor").

This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any marathon organizer or any social media platform.

2 Eligibility

Open to individual legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3 How To Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter the Campaign by submitting a valid email address through the official Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Landing Page during the Campaign Period.

Each participant may enter and play the Lucky Draw once only. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.

4 Campaign Period

The Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Lucky Draw begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 10, 2026, and closes at 12:00 p.m. ET on October 20, 2026. All entries must be received during this period.

5 Prizes

After submitting a valid email address, eligible participants may immediately participate in the Lucky Draw. Prizes will be randomly awarded from the available prize pool displayed on the Landing Page.

The prize pool includes:

● OpenRun Pro 2: 5 winners

● $100 Off Discount Code: 5 winners

● Shokz Tote Bag: 10 winners

● Shokz Running Waist Bag: 20 winners

● 10% Off Discount Code: 100 winners

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize. Prizes are available while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, except as prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidentals associated with the prize. Prizes are non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law.

6 Claiming Your Prize

Potential winners will be notified by email immediately after winning. Winners of physical prizes must follow the instructions in the notification email and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. The prize is expected to be delivered within two weeks, subject to actual logistics timelines.

Discount codes are valid from 12:00 a.m. ET on October 10, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. ET on October 27, 2026, and expire thereafter. Each discount code may be used once toward the purchase of any Shokz product (Except the Co-branded Edition of the OpenRun Pro 2) and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Products purchased with discount codes enjoy the same Shokz warranty policy.

For Canadian residents, winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before a prize can be awarded.

Failure to complete the applicable prize claim requirements within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7 Additional Terms

All federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply, and the Lucky Draw is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lucky Draw should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Lucky Draw.

Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Lucky Draw, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Shokz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive or respond to a winner notification due to spam, junk email, security settings, or inaccurate, incomplete, or non-functioning contact information provided by the participant.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOKZ OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”)  BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS CAMPAIGN.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT OR GIFT, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT WARRANTIES, RETURN RIGHTS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS.

9 Privacy Policy

Personal information collected in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with Shokz's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws. Such Information collected will be used for campaign administration, gift fulfillment, order processing, and related business purposes.

By participating the Campaign using your email address, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz's email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer toShokz Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.

10 Governing Law

This Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
