2026 ShokzPetz Brand Ambassador Nomination Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Description.

The 2026 ShokzPetz Brand Ambassador Nomination Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:01 am ET on March 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).  This contest is sponsored by Shokz Technology INC, a Texas company with an office and principal place of business at 11 NORTH BUONA VISTA DRIVE #16-09 THE METROPOLIS SINGAPORE (138589) (the “Sponsor”). By participating in the Contest, participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.


2. Eligibility.   


Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada.  Employees of Shokz, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Activity. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply.


3. How to Enter. 

To enter, during the Contest Period, you must:

  • Post a photo or video of you and your pet running together on Instagram or TikTok.
  • Describe what makes your runs pawsitive in the caption area.
  • Use hashtag #RunPawsitive and tag @shokzusa.

 LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.  Entries that are incomplete for any reason will be disqualified and removed from the Contest. By entering this contest, you authorize the sponsor to feature your posted photos or videos in sponsor's own social media channels.

4. Winner Selection. 

After the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will select at least five winners from among all qualified entries received during the Contest Period. Winners will be selected based on the quality, creativity, and story of submitted photos or videos. Winners will be notified via direct message on social media platforms and may be required to complete and return an authorization form. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days after Sponsor’s first attempt, does not meet the eligibility criteria, does not fully comply with these Official Rules, or fails to sign and return any requested document or information, then the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.  

5. Prizes. 

A Shokz pet bandana set and a pair of Shokz headphones (model subject to availability, at winner's choice) for each winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.

6. Release.  

By entering this contest, you agree that Sponsor, Meta, TikTok, their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrance, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner’s participation in the Contest.

If an entrant is a California resident, such entrant hereby waives California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

7. Disputes. 

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Contest, these Official Rules, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Any such dispute, claim, or controversy shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator.

These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances shall entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) associated with entering the Contest.

8. Privacy Policy. 

Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Contest will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Sponsor’s privacy policy. 9. General Terms.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should circumstances beyond its control (e.g., fraud, technical failures, or virus) corrupt the administration or security of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
