Shokz Global Running Day Campaign Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Free Method of Entry

You will automatically enter the Giveaway via the entry method described below:

1. Visit the Giveaway page at ca.shokz.com/pages/global-running-day
2. Provide your email address through the sign-up form on the page.
3. Click the spin-the-wheel button to participate in the Giveaway.

After completing the steps above, you will immediately see whether you have won a prize.

Supplemental wording:

Prize availability is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Participants will be notified immediately after completing the spin-the-wheel entry process whether they have won a prize. Because prizes are awarded instantly during the Giveaway Period, some or all prizes may be claimed before the end of the Giveaway Period. Once the available prizes have been fully claimed, no further prizes will be awarded, even if the Giveaway Period has not yet ended.

Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions

The Giveaway is open only to individual legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry

Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Each participant may enter the Giveaway only once. Multiple entries by the same participant, including entries using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, or any other methods, may be disqualified at Shokz’s sole discretion.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 25, 2026, and ends on June 4, 2026, or when all available prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first. If all available prizes are awarded before June 4, 2026, the Giveaway will end at that time, no further entries will be accepted, and a notice will be posted on the Giveaway page.

The available prizes may vary by date. Once the prize inventory for a specific prize or date has been fully awarded, that prize will no longer be available.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

Participants will have the opportunity to win a prize through a spin-the-wheel mechanism after submitting their email address on the Giveaway page.

Winners will be determined instantly through the Giveaway system at the time of participation. The result displayed after spinning the wheel will indicate whether the participant has won a prize.

The prizes available during the Giveaway Period may include the following:

Prize availability may vary by date and is limited in quantity. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the remaining available prize inventory at the time of entry.

If a participant wins a prize, a winning notification email will be sent automatically to the email address provided during entry. The winner may be required to follow the instructions in the notification email to claim the prize.

For Canadian Residents Only: Before being declared a confirmed winner, any selected entrant who is a resident of Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance, to be administered via email or by phone, in order to claim the prize.

Shokz is not responsible for any failure to receive a winning notification due to spam filters, junk email settings, incorrect email addresses, technical errors, or any other reason outside of Shokz’s reasonable control.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Shokz reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Additional Terms

All federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Shokz’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violates these Giveaway Rules.

Any use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods designed to manipulate the Giveaway process is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Shokz’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Privacy Policy

By entering the Giveaway, you are required to provide your email address solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, and prize fulfillment, as described in these Terms and the Shokz Privacy Policy. You may optionally subscribe to Shokz’s marketing emails by checking a separate box. This choice is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility to enter or your odds of winning. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to the Shokz Privacy Policy.

Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any Shokz marketing email. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, prize notifications, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
