AfterShokz doesn't ship internationally; however, we have distributors in several other countries. Please email support@aftershokz.com for more information about international orders.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE within Canada.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

AfterShokz orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. If you entered the wrong shipping address, email support@aftershokz.com with your order number and the correct address.
