Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Activity. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate.

1. Eligibility

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec. Participants must be of legal age (generally at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Shokz and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to participate

No purchase is necessary to participate. To participate, provide your email address in the designated pop-up on the Shokz homepage.

3. Activity Period

This Activity begins on September 28, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on October 5, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Activity Period”). The discount code will be sent to the eligible participant’s provided email address.

4. Discount code details

Participants who successfully provide their email address will receive a $20-off discount code via email. The discount code is applicable only to purchases of OpenFit Pro.

The discount code is valid from October 6, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. through October 9, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The discount code cannot be combined with other coupons. Limit one (1) discount code per order. Any unused discount code will automatically expire after this period.

The discount code is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Shokz reserves the right to substitute or modify the discount code offer, or to offer a discount of equal or greater value, if necessary.

5. Additional terms

All federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Activity if a virus, bug, unauthorised human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Activity.

Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity, or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Shokz shall not be liable for a participant’s failure to receive the email containing the discount code due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or due to any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by the participant.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shokz or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the administration of this Activity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any product or gift, except for personal injury, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including with respect to product warranties, return rights, and consumer rights.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Activity will be processed in accordance with Shokz’s Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial privacy laws. Such information will be used for Activity administration, fulfilment of the discount code, and related business purposes.

By participating in the Activity and providing your email address, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz’s Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you may easily opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us at privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

Please note that opting out of or unsubscribing from marketing communications may not prevent you from receiving non-marketing communications, such as messages regarding your orders, products, or other important notices, including changes to our terms and policies.

8. Governing law

This Activity and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
