Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Period & Winners Announcement

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Shokz reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway prize is:

1. First Prize (10 Winners): One (1) pair of Shokz headphones of the winner's choice.(approximate retail value: CA$ 99.95 – CA$359.95).
2. Second Prize (10 Winners): One (1) Spotify Gift Card. Shokz Customer Service will contact winners via email to confirm their shipping address, phone number. The gift card will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.(approximate retail value: CA$20 – CA$30).
3. Third Prize (Guaranteed Rewards): A CA$10.00 Coupon (Valid from December 19, 2025 to January 1, 2026). A unique coupon code will be sent via email on December 19. This coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes.

You must sign up at shokz.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one (1) chance to win when entering an Activity. Odds of winning first or second prize depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) of the first and second prizes will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.

Winners of the first and second prizes will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility.

No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Shokz, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize(or component thereof including cash) of equal or greater value if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by Shokz in its sole discretion.

Spotify is not a sponsor of this promotion. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Spotify in any manner. Any and all references to Spotify are for prize identification purposes only. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

This Activity is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations in Canada.Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Activity should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the Activity. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or who violates this Terms & Conditions. Shokz shall bear no responsibility or liability in the event that a Winner fails to receive notification, whether due to Winners’ failure to review email communications, including those filtered to spam, junk or otherwise blocked by security settings, or due to the Winners’ provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Activity shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
