Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry.

Free method of entry

You may automatically enter the activity by providing your email address on the top of the landing page. Your email address will only be used to notify you when the "Buy One Get One Free" sale begins. Relevant notifications will be sent via email between November 20 and December 4, and at least one email will be sent. If you submitted your email on the landing page between November 10 and 19, you won’t need to resubmit it once the Black Friday sale starts on November 20.

Eligibility requirements and exclusions

This Activity is open to individual legal residents of the 10 provinces or the 3 districs. Participants must be of legal age (generally eighteen (18) or older) to enter into a binding agreement to take part in this Activity. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Activity Format

The "Buy One Get One Free" deal is part of Shokz's 2025 Black Friday campaign and runs from November 20 to December 4. With the purchase of an OpenDots One or OpenFit 2+, you will receive a refurbished black OpenRun as a gift. This offer is limited to 300 units and is first come, first served.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or who violates these giveaway rules. Shokz shall not be liable for a Winner's failure to receive notification due to the email being directed to spam, junk, or other filters, or for any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by the Winner.

Your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact and further marketing purposes.

Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to discontinue receiving our marketing communications.

For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing will not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.

Liability

Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this event, you release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the event, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
