Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Free Method of Entry

Email signups via the Shokz x Cycling Canada landing page are automatically entered into the lucky draw. This program is free of charge. All decisions made by Shokz regarding the administration of the Giveaway are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions

Open to individual legal residents of the 10 provinces (excluding Quebec) or the 3 territories who are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Registration Period

Registration for the Shokz x Cycling Canada Lucky Draw closes at 11:59 PM PT on July 5, 2026.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method

3 First Prize winners will each receive 1 OpenRun Pro 2 Cycling Kit,5 Second Prize winners will each receive 1 OpenDots 2 Canada Day exclusive bundle and 10 Third Prize winners will each receive 1 Cycling Canada co-branded water bottle. 

You must sign up with your email through the Shokz x Cycling Canada landing page in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering a giveaway. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via email. In the event of any discrepancy, the official email notification shall prevail. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of award eligibility. 

Additional Terms

All federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply, and the giveaway is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who violates these giveaway rules.

Shokz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to their failure to check their winning notification email, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Privacy Policy

By entering the Giveaway, you are required to provide your email address solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, and prize fulfillment, as described in these Terms and the Shokz Privacy Policy. You may optionally subscribe to Shokz’s marketing emails by checking a separate box. This choice is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility to enter or your odds of winning. Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.

If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our emails. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.

For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
