Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Free Method of Entry
Email signups via the Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Landing Page are automatically entered into the lucky draw for the OpenRun Pro 2. This program is free of charge. Shokz reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign.
Eligibility Requirements and Exclusions
Open to individual legal residents of the 10 provinces or the 3 territories of Canada. Please make sure you are of legal age (eighteen or older in most cases) in your province or territory of residence to enter into a binding agreement to participate in this Activity prior to the date of entry. Employees of Shokz and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Registration Period
Registration for the Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Lucky Draw begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on Sep. 30, 2025 and closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on Oct. 19, 2025.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method
The prize for giveaway is five OpenRun Pro 2. You must sign up with your email through the Shokz x Toronto Waterfront Marathon Landing Page in order to enter or receive a prize. Each user has a maximum of one chance to win when entering a giveaway. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Winners will be announced on the official Shokz website from October 20,12:00 AM PT to October 20, 11:59 PM PT, 2025，and contacted via email. Please respond to winner notification emails within seven (7) business days to claim your prize. If a winner fails to reply within the designated timeframe, the prize eligibility will be forfeited, and no further compensation will be provided.
Additional Terms
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the giveaway is void where prohibited. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who violates these giveaway rules.
Shokz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to their failure to check their winning notification email, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for providing incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Email subscription users have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.
