We briefly interrupt your Monday to fan girl over some exciting news! The holiday red cups are making their much anticipated return to Starbucks this Thursday, November 10th.
While there has been much speculation leading up to the release date of this year's holiday cups, Starbucks has yet to deny or confirm anything other than the release date. Here's what we know about the holiday cups so far (we'll leave it up to you to make your own conclusions):
Mark your calendar and set your alarm! Starbucks holiday cups will return to all Starbucks locations on Thursday, November 10th.
We're still not sure what the holiday cups will look like.
Similar to previous years, Starbucks is staying hush hush when it comes to the holiday cup design.
Not all holiday cup rumors are true!
Despite speculation, the limited edition "green cup" available at select Starbucks is NOT the holiday cup. According to Starbucks, the artwork by Shogo Ota was designed to represent unity. The holiday cups will not be available in Starbucks stores until November 10th.
One reddit user shared a photo of what is allegedly this year's holiday cup.
I peeked.
But other photos of red cups quickly emerged! And spoiler alert – it's not the same cup! 😱

Which leads us to believe that Starbucks may be releasing multiple holiday cup designs!
But before we get ahead of ourselves, let's remember to focus on what's important here. After all, it's what's inside that counts!
Starbucks’ signature holiday flavors, including Eggnog Latte, Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Latte, are all expected to return this November. ❤️🙌 Now, all we have to do is patiently wait...😐...is it Thursday yet?!
