Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
1. Sponsor
The Shokz 15th Anniversary Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Shokz Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to individual legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter the Giveaway by visiting the official Shokz 15th Anniversary Giveaway Landing Page at ca.shokz.com/pages/2026-shokz-brand-day, entering a valid email address in the entry form, agreeing to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, and clicking the entry button during the Giveaway Period. The prize wheel will spin automatically. After completing these steps, participants will immediately see whether they have won a prize.
Each participant may enter and spin the prize wheel once only. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, accounts, registrations or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.
4. Giveaway period
The Giveaway begins on October 18, 2026 at 00:00 PT and ends on October 22, 2026 at 23:59 PT, or when all available prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first. If all prizes are awarded before the scheduled end of the Giveaway Period, the Giveaway will end at that time, no further entries will be accepted, and a notice will be posted on the Giveaway page.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
● five (5) OpenRun Pro 2 in Lunar White
● fifteen (15) 15th Anniversary gift sets
● twenty (20) Shokz tote bags
Prize availability is limited. Prizes are available while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, except as prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidentals associated with the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Winner selection, notification and claiming your prize
Each participant may win a maximum of one prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the remaining prize inventory at the time of entry.
Winners must follow the instructions in the notification email to claim their prize in 7 days. For Canadian residents, before being declared a confirmed winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without mechanical or other assistance.
Shokz is not responsible for a participant’s failure to receive a winning notification due to spam filters, junk-mail settings, an incorrect or non-functioning email address, technical errors, or circumstances outside Shokz’s reasonable control. Failure to complete the applicable prize claim requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Shokz’s Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws. Such information collected will be used for campaign administration, gift fulfillment, order processing, and related business purposes.
By participating in the Giveaway using your email address, you will automatically subscribe to Shokz’s email service. For details about how Shokz protects your data, please refer to Shokz Privacy Policy.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.
Please note that opting out or unsubscribing may not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, products, or other important notices such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing in nature.
8. Additional terms
All applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations apply. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Shokz reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Shokz’s reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
Shokz reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, violates these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Shokz’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOKZ OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT OR GIFT, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT WARRANTIES, RETURN RIGHTS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS.
10. Governing law
This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
